    NURSING CLINICAL SUPERVISION GROUPS

    What is Clinical Supervision?
Small groups of health professionals meeting to discuss and share their practice.

    Why come along?
Clinical supervision is recognised as a supportive way to facilitate learning from experiences for nurses. Discussing clinical practice in a safe & confidential environment encourages reflective practice, improves competence & quality of care.

    Who should be involved?
Any nurses working in primary care that would find discussions with other nurses valuable.
